jerrycahn-headshotJerry Cahn, PhD., JD., is our CEO and CLO, helps people achieve their potential for fulfilling lives. With degrees in psychology and law, he’s a serial entrepreneur and expert in leadership and strategy. His career includes programs to help children and teenagers, executives and corporate leaders, and adults making sense of their “elongated” lives. He’s worked for private and public companies, Capitol Hill and government agencies, and non-profits; today, he leads three organizations, Age BrilliantlyVistage New York, and the Presentation Excellence Group Committed to teaching and mentoring, he teaches courses in US and China, and shares insights through keynotes, seminars and workshops. Watching his parents age, he specialized in the subject so he can teach the Psychology of Aging for CUNY, launch Age Brilliantly to serve future generations, and co-lead workshops.

JudyPic2Judy Tan is our Community Director. Interested in human behavior and social psychology, she has a BA in Psychology. As a millennial whose parents are planning to retire soon, she sees first-hand the struggles they go through as they begin to transition into retirement. Judy’s passion is to empower people to understand that age is not a limitation to what you can do in life but another journey.

  Lida Ramos is our Lead Editor. Interested in the power of excellent communication, she double majored in Journalism and English Literature (BA).Interested helping people prepare to live a better retirement lifestyle, she focuses on making sure that members get information which drive them to make aging-related decisions. She also volunteers as a content editor for Refract Magazine (an online literary magazine). On her bucket list is the desire to live to 100 and join the “100 Skydiving Club”

 

JenniferPicJennifer Yanowitz, MSW, co-leads the Plan to Retire Brilliantly workshop. She practices at the Clinic of the New Jersey Psychotherapy Institute.  Previously, she spent 15 years in advertising and marketing where she developed the communication strategies for a wide range of blue-chip clients with a focus in the health and wellness sector. Her wide range of experience includes developing and running a broad range of workshops and think tank sessions where she excelled at eliciting individual creative thinking in inspirational and stimulating environments that she created. When not at work or at her kids’ soccer games, Jennifer is bright and early at her spin class or running the hills of her community.
